Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Conditions
To initiate a return, please contact us using the most convenient method for you: via online chat on our website or by email at info@msb-shop.eu. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will need to print and complete the return form, and then include it in the package. In addition, before sending the package, you must provide several photos of the item demonstrating its current condition. All photos must be sent to us via online chat or by email at info@msb-shop.eu.
The item must be returned in its complete set, in its original condition, and must not show any signs of wear or use. Items returned to the supplier with cash on delivery will not be accepted!
Please note that the expenses associated with the return of the item (e.g., the cost of return shipping) are borne by the buyer. The amount paid for the delivery of the item is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount. Only the value of the returned item is refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
